表面肌电图在亨特面瘫急性期中的应用

Surface electromyography in evaluating the acute phase of hunt facial paralysis

目的:本研究应用表面肌电图(SEMG)亨特面瘫急性期(<7 d)的患者进行检测,探讨SEMG是否可以用于评价亨特面瘫急性期的严重程度及治疗效果。方法:对24例亨特面瘫急性期患者行SEMG检测与House-Brackman分级量表(H-B量表)评分,之后对患者行电针治疗,并再次行SEMG及H-B量表评分,然后将二者进行比较,分析两种评价方法的差异,并对电针治疗亨特面瘫急性期患者的效果进行探讨。结果:s EMG与H-B量表对亨特面瘫急性期严重程度及电针治疗后的比较,未见显著性差异,说明s EMG可以作为一种较为客观的评价方法。结论:s EMG是可以作为评价亨特面瘫急性期严重程度及治疗效果的一种客观方法。

Objective To evaluate the Surfacee lectromyography （SEMG） in pa tients at the a cute pha se of huntfacial paralysis. Methods： SEMG a nd House-Brackman gr ading s cale （H -B S cale） was performed in 24 pa tients before and after treatment inelectro-acupuncture therapy. Results：No significant difference was found between SEMG and H-B Scale in evaluating the acute phase of hunt facial paralysis degree and the efficiency after electro-acupuncture therapy. Conclusion：SEMG can be good at evaluating the severity and curative effect at the acute phase of hunt facial paralysis.
