香花桥街道社区学生中医体质调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine students Xianghuaqiao Street Community

目的:调查分析本社区内学生的中医体质特点,探讨龋齿、超重或肥胖、视力不良与体质的关系。方法:通过对社区内在校学生的问卷调查,将体质分为平和质和8种偏颇体质,并统计分析龋齿、超重和肥胖、视力不良患病率和体质的相关性。结果:1学生中平和质占到63.2%,偏颇体质占到36.8%,其中居前三位的气虚质、特禀质、痰湿质分别10.1%、8.2%、7.1%;2偏颇体质学生群龋齿、超重和肥胖、视力不良等常见病的患病率明显高于平和质(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:社区学生平和质占63.2%,偏颇体质占36.8%;偏颇体质学生群中龋齿、视力不良、超重和肥胖等青少年常见病患病率高于平和质学生,改善偏颇体质有望降低青少年常见病的发病。

Objective： To investigate the r elationship between dental caries, ove rweightor obesity, poor eyesightand ph ysical fitness of s tudents in the c ommunity. M ethods：through as urvey of the c ommunity college students, ph ysique i s di vided into f latand quality and 8 kinds of biased constitution, and statistical analysis of dental caries, overweightand obesity, eyesightbad prevalence rate and physical relevance. Results：of students Zhongping and quality accounted for 63.2%, biased constitution accounted for 36. 8%, which rank the top three Q i de ficiency,special in trinsic qu ality, phl egm m atter was 10. 1%, 8 .2%, 7 .1%;I I bi ased c onstitution s tudents grou p de ntal caries, ove rweightand obe sity,bad eyesight, common disease pr evalence was Gao Yuping and quality （P〈0.01） and was s tatistically significant. Con clusion： community l evel s tudents and quality accounted for 6 3.2%, b iased constitution accounted for 36 .8%;common disease of young people biased constitution students group in dental caries, bad eyesight, overweightand obesity prevalence rate is high in the level and quality of students and improve the biased constitution is expected to reduce the incidence of common diseases in adolescents.
