53例阴道试产中转剖宫产患者临床分析

A clinical analysis of 53 cases vaginal birth into cesarean section

目的:探讨阴道试产中转剖宫产的影响因素以及预防措施。方法:本文选取我院自2012年1月—2014年1月收治的53例阴道试产失败而转剖宫产患者以及同时期收治的53例阴道试产成功自然分娩产妇为研究对象。收集所有产妇住院期间的全部临床资料,并对其进行回顾性分析。探讨影响阴道试产中转剖宫产的主要影响因素,并分析应采取的预防措施。结果:产妇年龄、孕周、产次、新生儿体重、单双胎以及临床指征中胎儿窘迫、产程停滞延长、头盆不称、妊娠并发症、引产失败、瘢痕子宫等因素会影响阴道试产中转剖宫产的发生率;并且多因素回归分析发现,年龄大、初次分娩、新生儿体重高的产妇行阴道试产失败中转剖宫产的概率较高。结论:阴道引产失败而中转剖宫产与多种因素有关,因此为降低剖宫产引用率,医护人员需针对主要影响因素采取合适的预防措施以避免剖宫产的过度滥用,提高分娩质量。

Objective：To investigate preventive policies for the vaginains into cesarean section. Methods：53 cases of failed vaginal production and 53 cases of successful vaginal production were selected for the study.All clinical data were collected and analyzed for more detailed preventive measures in the future.Results：maternal age,gestational age, parity,birth weight, twin and single clinical indications of fetal di stress, prolonged s tagnation of l abor,head di sproportion,complications of pre gnancy,induction fa ilure, s car ut erus a nd ot her fa ctors will affect incidence of cesarean section;and multivariate regression analysis showed that age,the initial delivery,birth weight high maternal vaginal trial production with higher risk into cesarean section.
