探讨预防性护理在急诊输液中的应用效果

Discussion on Effect of Application of Preventive Care in Emergency Infusions

目的:探讨急诊输液中采用预防性护理的应用效果。方法:将我院2013年5月—2014年5月急诊输液厅接收的200例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,给予对照组常规护理,观察组在其基础上施加预防性护理,对比两组的护理质量评分与护理满意度。结果:对照组护理优良率71.0%低于观察组94.0%(P<0.05);护理满意度73.0%低于观察组97.0%(P<0.05)。结论:急诊输液中采用预防性护理后,可有效提高护理质量,且有利于护理满意度的提升,应用效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To s tudy the e ffectof application of pr eventive nurs ing in e mergency infusion. M ethods：200 p atients from May 2013 to May 2014 received in the emergency infusion hall of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given preventive care. The nursing quality and nursing＆amp;nbsp;satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The e xcellentand go od ra te of the control group （ 71.0%） was l ower than that（97.0%） of the observation group （ P〈0.05）;the n ursing s atisfaction rate of the c ontrol group （ 73.0%） wa s lower than that（ 97.0%） of the observation group （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Adopting pr eventive nursing i n e mergency transfusion can e ffectively i mprove the qua lity of nursing and to raise up the nursing satisfaction rate. The application effectis satisfactory, so itis worthy of clinical application.
