ICU central venous catheter infection in the use of comprehensive nursing intervention Observation

目的:分析ICU中心静脉导管感染中运用综合护理干预效果。方法:研究我院在2014年4月—2015年4月期间接诊的160例ICU中心静脉导管患者,分为对照组和观察组各80例,其中对照组采用常规导管护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,而后分析两组患者护理后的感染发生率。结果:在导管感染率上,观察组为3.8%,对照组为8.8%,P<0.05。结论:ICU中心静脉导管感染中运用综合护理干预可以显著降低感染率,提升治疗安全。

Objective： To a nalyze the ICU c entral v enous c atheter infection in the us e of c omprehensive nu rsing intervention.Methods：In our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 period ICU admissions of 160 cases of central venous catheters were divided into a control group and observation group 80 c ases,in w hich the control group received rou tine c atheter c are,observation group integrated nursing intervention,and then analyzed the incidence of infection after two grou ps of pa tientcare.Results：The p revalence o f the c atheter, the obs ervation group w as 3. 8%in the control g roup w as 8. 8%, P〈0.05. Conc lusion：ICU c entral ve nous catheter infection in the us e of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce infection rates, improve treatmentsafety.
