Foreign investment in China In January-May of 2015, a total of 9,582 newly-established foreign-invest- ed enterprises were approved, up 9.6% year on year： the actually utilized FDI registered RMB 330.95 billion （equiva- lent to 53.83 billion dollars）, up 10.5% year on year （excluding the data of bank- ing, securities and insurance）. In May, 1,792 newly-established foreign-funded enterprises were approved, down 14.0% year on year; tile utilized FDI amounted to RMB 57.35 billion （equivalent to 9.33 billion dollars）, tip 7.8% year on year.T
