苯那普利联合氯沙坦治疗高血压的疗效观察

Effect of benazepril and losartan in treating hypertension

目的探讨苯那普利联合氯沙坦治疗高血压的疗效。方法选取2010年1月—2014年6月保定市骨科医院收治的原发性高血压患者125例,采用抽签法将患者分为苯那普利组(42例)、氯沙坦组(37例)和联合治疗组(46例)。苯那普利组患者予以苯那普利治疗;氯沙坦组患者予以氯沙坦治疗;联合治疗组患者予以苯那普利联合氯沙坦治疗。观察3组患者治疗前后血压(收缩压、舒张压)、肾功能〔尿微量清蛋白(MAU)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(SUA)〕及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前3组患者收缩压、舒张压、MAU、Scr、SUA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组收缩压、舒张压、MAU、Scr、SUA比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者收缩压、舒张压、Scr低于苯那普利组和氯沙坦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);苯那普利组和联合治疗组患者MAU低于氯沙坦组,氯沙坦组和联合治疗组患者SUA低于苯那普利组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);苯那普利组干咳和血钾升高发生率高于氯沙坦组和联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯那普利联合氯沙坦治疗高血压的疗效显著,可改善患者肾功能,且不良反应小。

Objective To explore the effect of benazepril and losartan in treating hypertension. Methods A total of 125 patients with hypertension were selected in the Orthopaedic Hospital of Baoding from January 2010 to June 2014,according to the draw method,they were divided into benazepril group（42 cases）,losartan group（37 cases）,combined treatment group（46 cases）. Before and after treatment,blood pressure（ systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure）,renal function〔micro - albuminuria（MAU）,serum creatinine（Scr）,serum uric acid（SUA）〕and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results Before treatment,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,MAU,Scr,SUA showed no significant differences in the three groups（ P ﹥ 0. 05）;after treatment,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,MAU,Scr,SUA showed significant differences in the three groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）;systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,Scr of combined treatment group were lower than those of benazepril group and losartan group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;MAU of benazepril group and com-bined treatment group was lower than that of losartan group,SUA of losartan group and combined treatment group were lower than that of benazepril group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;incidence of adverse reactions showed significant differences in the three groups（P ﹤0. 05）;incidence of dry cough and potassium increased of benazepril group was higher than that of losartan group and combined treatment group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Benazepril and losartan have notable curative effect in the treatment of hyperten-sion,can improve renal function in patients and has less adverse reactions.
