谷维素联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效

Effect of oryzanol combined with trimebutine maleate in treating irritable bowel syndrome

目的探讨谷维素联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月—2014年8月株洲市三三一医院收治的IBS患者67例,按治疗方法不同将患者分为治疗组(35例)与对照组(32例)。对照组患者予以马来酸曲美布汀治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用谷维素治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分和症状频率评分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前两组患者症状评分和症状频率评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者症状评分和症状频率评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论谷维素联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗IBS的临床疗效显著,可改善患者肠道功能,且不良反应小。

Objective To explore the effect of oryzanol combined with trimebutine maleate in treating irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. Methods A total of 67 patients with IBS were selected in the 33 / st Hospital of Zhuzhou from May 2012 to August 2014,according to the differences of the treatment measures,they were divided into the treatment group（35 cases）and control group（32 cases）. Ccontrol group were given trimebutine maleate treatment,treatment group were given oryzanol treat-ment on the basis of control group. Before and after treatment,clinical effect,symptom score,frequency of symptoms score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P ﹤ 0. 01）;before treatment,symptom scores and frequency of symptoms score showed no significant differences between the two groups（P ﹥ 0. 05）,after treatment,symptom scores and frequency of symptoms score of treatment were lower than those of control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups （P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion Oryzanol combined with trimebutine maleate has notable curative effect in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,can improve intestinal function,have less adverse reactions.
