喘安片联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of chuanan tablet combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets in treating cough variant asthma

目的探讨喘安片联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取武警宁夏总队医院2010年11月—2013年11月呼吸科门诊收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者126例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各63例。治疗组给予喘安片联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗,对照组给予富马酸酮替芬片治疗。两组患者均加用雷诺考特鼻雾剂治疗鼻炎。比较两组患者的疗效、症状改善时间、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽症状改善及完全消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喘安片联合酮替芬能快速缓解咳嗽症状,疗效确切、反复少,不良反应少,可作为治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的方法之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of chuanan tablet combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets in treating cough variant asthma. Methods In Department of Respiration Outpatient in Armed Police Corps Hospital from Novem-ber 2010 to November 2013,a total of 126 patients with cough variant asthma were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,63 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with chuanan tablet combined with ketotifen fu-marate tablets,the control group was treated with ketotifen fumarate tablets. Two groups of patients were treated with budesonide nasal spray rhinitis. The effect,the improvement of symptoms,the disappearance time of symptoms and the adverse reactions be-tween the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the symptoms improved and the total disappearance time were shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Side effects wate of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Chuanan tablet combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets can relieve the symp-toms of cough,the efficacy is definite,has less adverse reactions. It can be used as one of the methods for treating cough vari-ant asthma.
