摘要
目的分析阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病因素。方法对2006年1月-2013年12月在我社区门诊治疗的AD患者89例,分析年龄、家族遗传、头颅外伤、环境因素和教育因素对AD的发生影响。结果年龄、家族遗传、头颅外伤、环境因素、教育因素对AD的发生影响较大(P<0.05)。结论我国已经成为世界上老年人口最多的国家,AD的发病不容忽视,健康教育和药物治疗刻不容缓。
Objective To analysis the risk factors analysis of Alzheimer′s disease （ AD） .Methods Selected 89 ca-ses patients with AD.Explore the relationship of age ,family wishes,head trauma,environmental factors and educational factors with AD.Results Age,family wishes,head trauma,environmental factors and educational factors were correlated with AD （P〈0.05）.Conclusion China has become the world′s most populous country in elderly.The incidence of AD can not be ig-nored.Health education and urgent medical treatment is pressing .
