摘要
目的对原发性高血压进行综合性社区干预的效果进行分析。方法选取2012年1月-2013年2月我社区原发性高血压患者300例进行综合性社区干预措施,并在干预前和干预1年后对效果进行分析比较。结果综合干预后,300例原发性高血压患者健康行为知晓情况较干预前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。300例原发性高血压患者干预后收缩压、舒张压均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性社区干预可提高患者对高血压的相关知识知晓率及治疗率,是有效防治社区原发性高血压的有效措施。
Objective To analysis the comprehensive intervention effect in primary hypertension .Methods Selected 300 cases primary hypertension from January 2012-February 2013.300 cases patients adopted comprehensive intervention . Compared the clinical effect berore and after treatment .Results The health behavior awareness rate after comprehensive inter-vention were higher than that before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The level of SBP、DBP af-ter interaction were lower than that before interaction ,the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can improve the health knowledge and awareness and therapeutic effect .It is an effective measure in effective prevention and treatment of essential hypertension .
