摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特钠辅治小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将150例小儿过敏性紫癜随机分为研究组和对照组各75例。对照组患者采用临床常用的方法进行治疗,研究组患者采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为94.7%高于对照组的85.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠辅治小儿过敏性紫癜疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectofmontelukastinchildrenwithallergicpurpura.Methods 150 cases patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into research group and control group , each of 75cases.Control group adopted conventional treatment .Research group treated by montelukast .After treatment ,compared the clinical effect of 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of research group （94.7%）was higher than that of control group （85.3%）,the difference was statistically（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Montelukast in children with allergic purpura has an good effect ,worthy of clinical application .
