高黏度与低黏度骨水泥经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的疗效比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比观察高黏度与低黏度骨水泥经皮椎体成形术(PVP)应用于骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效差异。方法将200例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组予高黏度骨水泥PVP,对照组予低黏度骨水泥PVP的治疗。比较两组疼痛评分和骨水泥渗漏情况。结果治疗前2组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组VAS评分均低于治疗前,但2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的静脉渗漏率为8.0%(8/100)明显低于对照组的43.0%(42/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高黏度与低黏度骨水泥PVP治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折均能达到有效缓解疼痛的目的,但高黏度骨水泥PVP治疗能够有效的降低骨水泥的静脉渗漏率,减少并发症的发生,更值得临床推广使用。
