256层CTA与3D-DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值差异 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比256层CTA与3D-DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值差异。方法选取198例可疑颅内动脉瘤的患者,分别进行CTA和3D-DSA检查,比较两种方法诊断颅内动脉瘤的准确性的差异。结果 3D-DSA诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度均高于3D-CTA,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3D-DSA与256层3D-CAT诊断颅内动脉瘤的灵敏度、特异度和准确度差异不显著,应根据临床具体情况选取合适的检查方式。
