乳晕切口和环状射线切口摘除乳房纤维瘤临床对比

CLINICAL COMPARATIVE OF AREOLA INCISION AND ANNULAR RAY INCISION TO REMOVE BREAST FIBROIDS

目的比较乳晕切口和环状射线切口摘除乳房纤维瘤临床疗效。方法选取我院行手术切除的乳房纤维瘤女性患者82例,将其随机分为观察组(乳晕切口组)41例和对照组(环状射线切口组)41例,后将两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后乳房基本对称率以及患者的满意率进行统计及比较。结果观察组手术时间明显长于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用乳晕切口摘除乳房纤维瘤,具有手术切口隐蔽,手术创伤小,对患者的形体影响较小,术后患者的满意度高等优势,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare the areola fibroids clinical curative effect of incision. Line incision and annular rays remove breast selection Methods Our hospital 82 cases of patients with surgically resected breast fibroma women, which were randomly divided into observation group （areola incision group） 41 cases and control group （ray incision group）, 41 cases will be two groups of patients after operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative breast basic symmetric rate, and the patient＇s satisfaction rate statistics and comparison. Results the observation group significantly longer surgical time and the control group, intraoperative blood loss significantly less than the control group, P〈 0.05 all have significant difference. Conclusion the application of areola incision to remove breast fibroma, incision concealment, small surgical trauma, less impact on the patient＇s body, postoperative patient satisfaction higher advantage, worth clinical promotion use.
