探讨妇产科常见恶性肿瘤的临床治疗方法及疗效

To explore the clinical treatment of common malignant tumor in gynecology and obstetrics department

目的探讨妇产科常见恶性肿瘤的临床治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的妇产科恶性肿瘤患者59例的临床资料。结果 59例患者均接受传统开腹手术治疗,同时联合化疗方案进行治疗,所有患者均顺利渡过围手术期。术后患者出现并发症5例(8.47%),经对症处理后均逐渐好转,未再复发。结论对于妇产科恶性肿瘤患者来说,如果进行早期及时的诊断及相应的手术治疗,术前做好充分的准备工作,术中术后做好科学的护理工作,多数患者均能安全度过围手术期,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of common obstetrics and gynecology malignant tumor and the effect. Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 59 cases of obstetrics and gynecology malignant tumor patients. Results 59 patients were treated with traditional open operation, combined chemotherapy regimens for treatment at the same time, all patients were successfully through the perioperative. A total of 5 cases （8.47%） patients postoperative complications, after symptomatic treatment are getting better, not to recur. Conclusion For obstetrics and gynecology malignant tumor patients, if early diagnosis and surgical treatment in time, make full preoperative preparation, intraoperative to do a good job of nursing science, most patients can safely through the stomach operation period, improve the quality of survival.
