热处理对Zn-Al合金微观组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Zn-Al alloy

摘要 对Zn-Al合金进行不同的热处理,然后对其组织和性能进行分析。结果表明,随着加热温度和保温时间的增加,空冷后锌合金的抗拉强度和伸长率逐渐升高;炉冷后锌合金的抗拉强度变化不大,而伸长率波动较大。热处理后,共析相(α+η)随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长由片层状逐渐转变为颗粒状,等轴状的η(Zn)相逐渐溶入共析组织。锌合金的断口上呈现河流花样,断裂面凹凸不平,存在很多相互平行的撕裂台阶,断裂方式为穿晶解理断裂。推荐热处理工艺为:加热温度300℃,保温时间3 h,随炉冷却。此时,合金的抗拉强度为185 MPa,伸长率为10.8%。 The microstructure and properties of Zn-Al alloy after different heat treatment processes were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of zinc alloy increases gradually with the increase of heating temperature and holding time; and the tensile strength of zinc alloy after furnace cooling changed little,where as the elongation fluctuated markedly. After heat treatment,eutectoid( α +η) phase from lamellar gradually transformed into granular,equiaxed η( Zn) phase dissolved into eutectic phase gradually. Zinc alloy fracture presented river pattern,and the fracture surface appears as rugged,there are many parallel tear steps,showing a transgranular cleavage fracture. Recommended heat treatment process is: heating at 300 ℃ for 3 h,furnace cooling,at this time,the tensile strength of alloy is 185 MPa,the elongation is 10. 8%.
