摘要
通过三维蒙特卡洛法模拟Ti-IF钢在850℃的晶粒长大趋势图与实物试验数据拟合的趋势图。结果表明,随着退火时间的延长,晶粒不断长大,其长大规律符合D2.8-D2.80=kt关系式,模拟的晶粒尺寸与分布符合试验结果。蒙特卡洛法模拟晶粒长大对TiIF退火组织的改善提供了理论依据。
A comparison was done between the curve which was applied by a three dimensional Monte Carlo method to simulate the Ti-IF steel evolution of grain growth during annealing at 850 ℃ and experimental curve. The results show that the grain size increases with the prolonging of annealing time,and the kinetics of grain growth could be well described by the equation,D2. 8-D2. 80= kt. Further,The predicted mean grain size and grain size distribution agree with the measured results. Monte Carlo simulation of grain growth in annealing treatment of Ti-IF steel provides a theoretical basis for improving annealing Ti-IF microstructure.
