摘要
采用频谱谐波振动时效设备,研究了振动时效对TA15钛合金厚板残余应力及力学性能的影响。结果表明:振动时效后TA15钛合金厚板表面残余应力减小近60%,且趋于均匀化,但拉伸、冲击、断裂韧性及疲劳性能基本没有变化。
Influence of VSR on residual stress and mechanical properties of TA15 titanium alloy thick plate were investigated by using the spectrum harmonic waves equipment of vibratory stress relief( VSR). The results indicate that the residual stress of TA15 titanium alloy thick plate decreases by almost 60% and trends to uniform after VSR process,but the tensile and impact properties,facture toughness and fatigue property are unchanged in general.
