齿轮零件表面产生黑斑的原因分析

Cause analysis of black spots on gear workpiece surface

齿轮零件渗碳淬火后表面普遍会出现难以去除的黑斑点。为此进行了对比试验及黑斑点面分析、元素成分的测定。结果表明,齿轮表面斑点为清洗液残留导致。提出了相应的改进措施。

Black spots are usually found on gear workpiece surface after carburizing and quenching,and they are hard to remove. The surface analysis and element detection of the spots were conducted. The results show that the black spots on gear surface are caused by the cleaning solution residue during production. And the corresponding countermeasures are provided.
