高效液相色谱法测定均苯四甲酸及杂质

摘要 通过优化了色谱工作条件建立了测定均苯四甲酸及杂质的高效液相色谱分析方法。结果表明:在柱温为35℃条件下,以pH为1.9的乙腈-0.1%(φ)磷酸溶液(25+75)混合液为流动相,1.0mL·min^-1流速下等度洗脱,于波长237nm下测定,外标法定量,均苯四甲酸及杂质实现了基线分离,分离度〉2。峰面积与质量浓度间呈线性关系;检出限在0.03-0.08mg·L^-1之间;测定下限在0.07-0.22mg·L^-1之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)小于2%。 A HPLC analysis method for pyromellitic acid and its impurities was established by optimization of the operation condition of ehromatogrophy. The optimized parameters were that column temperature was 35 C, aeetonitrile-0. 1 % (φ) phosphoric acid solution (25+75) of pH 1.9 was the mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1 detection wavelength was 237 nrn. External standard method was used for quatification. A baseline separation (separation〉2) for pyromellitie acid and its impurities was achieved. Linear relationship was found between peak area and the mass concentration, with detection limits in the range of 0.03-0.08 mg· L^- 1 and the lower limits of determination in the range of 0. 07-0.22 mg· L^-1. RSD (n:5) was less than 2%.
