植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊的制备及其缓释性能分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的制备植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊,并分析其缓释性能。方法以壳聚糖-海藻酸钠为壁材制备植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊,在单因素试验的基础上,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,以包埋率为响应值,依据回归分析确定最佳工艺条件,对模型进行验证,并检测微胶囊在模拟肠液中的释放效果。结果最佳工艺条件为:海藻酸钠浓度2.7 g/100 ml,壳聚糖浓度0.8 g/100 ml,Ca Cl2浓度2.0 g/100 ml。所制备的微胶囊累计释放时间达8 h左右。结论成功制备了植物乳杆菌M1-UVs29缓释微胶囊,其具有较好的缓释性能。 Objective To prepare the control-released Lactobacillus plantarum M1-UVs29 microcapsules and analyze their control-release performance. Methods Control-released L. plantarum M1-UVs29 microcapsules were prepared using chitosan-sodium alginate as a wall material, of which the technological condition was optimized according to regression analysis by response surface method with three factors at three levels on the basis of single-factor experiment, serving embedding rate as a response value. The model was verified, and the control-release of the prepared microcapsules in mimic intestinal environments was observed. Results The optimal sodium alginate, chitosan and calcium chloride concentrations were 2. 7, 0. 8 and 2. 0 g / 100 ml respectively. The accumulated time for release of the prepared microcapsules was about8 h. Conclusion L. plantarum M1-UVs29 microcapsules were successfully prepared and showed good control-release performance.
