摘要
目的调查护士长时间管理倾向的现状。方法采用时间管理倾向量表对309名护士长进行问卷调查,并分析其影响因素。结果护士长时间管理倾向处于高水平;科室和参与时间管理培训是护士长时间管理倾向的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士长时间管理水平较高,但有必要开展护士长时间管理知识培训,以期进一步提升护士长时间管理能力。
Objective To investigate the status of time management disposition among head nurses. Method Totally,309 head nurses were investigated using Time Management Disposition Scale. Results The level of the head nurses'time management disposition was high, and its influeneing factors were depart- ments and whether receiving time management training or not ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The level of time management disposition of head and it's influencing factors were nurses is high, but still should be improved, so it is necessary to carry out time management training for them.
