腹部手术患者健康教育需求及其影响因素分析

Status and influencing factors of health education needs among patients undergoing abdominal surgery

目的调查腹部手术患者健康教育需求,并分析其影响因素,为更好地满足患者的健康教育需求提供理论依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,对492例腹部手术患者健康教育需求进行调查,并分析患者的一般情况对其健康教育需求的影响。结果腹部手术患者的健康教育需求均较高,性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入、术后去向对患者健康教育需求均有影响。结论患者的健康教育需求受多种因素影响,护士在对患者进行健康教育前,应充分评估其健康需求状况,并根据具体需求提供有针对性、个体化的健康教育。

Objective To investigate the health education needs among patients undergoing abdominal surgery and to analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide the empirical evidence for nurses to satisfy patients＇health education needs. Method A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate 492 pa- tients undergoing abdominal surgery, and their general data was analyzed to learn its effects no health education needs. Results The abdominal surgery patients had relatively high health education needs. Major factors affecting patients＇health education needs were gender, age, level of education, family income and places after postoperative period. Conclusion Many factors may affect patients＇health education needs. It is imperative for nurses to evaluate patients＇needs so that to provide individualized health education for each individual patient.
