80例老年2型糖尿病合并低血糖症的临床分析

To Analysis 80 Cases the Relevant Factors of Hypoglycemia in Elderly People with 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析老年2型糖尿病合并低血糖症临床特征。方法分析我院于2010年1月至2013年12月收治的80例老年2型糖尿病合并低血糖症原因,临床表现,诊疗方法及疗效。结果发生低血糖症的2型糖尿病老年人低血糖发生与不合理应用降糖药物过量,老年人自身肝肾功能减弱,以及饮食运动配合有关。结论应根据患者自身年龄,合并并发症情况及加强患者教育及监测血糖,减少低血糖发生。

[Objective]Objective Investigate the clinical factors of hypoglycemia in elderly with 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Analysis 80 elderly people with hypoglycemia aged 60 or above observed in community from January 2010 to December 2013. Result The elderly people with hypoglycemia was significantly associated with were age, unreasonalble use of medicine, hepatic insufficiency, renal dysfunction and inadequate food intake. Conclusions Clinical treatment should be based on the elderly people with type 2 diabetes＇s characteristics complications strengthen the education.
