泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并出血的疗效分析

The Analysis of Curative Effect of Pantoprazole on Peptic Ulcer Complicated with Hemorrhage

目的探讨泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并出血的临床效果。方法选择100例消化性溃疡合并出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予泮托拉唑治疗,对照组给予西咪替丁治疗。观察两组患者止血效果。结果观察组患者治疗后呕血次数和黑便次数低于对照组患者治疗后的呕血次数和黑便次数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的总有效率高于对照组的治疗后总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并出血临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pantoprazole on peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given pantoprazole, the control group was given cimetidine. The hemostatic effect were observed in the two groups. Results The number of times hematemesis and melena in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after trealanent, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of pantoprazole on peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage is significant, and the therapy is worthy of reference.
