慢性前列腺炎中医证候临床疗效评价域体系构成的相关探讨

目的分析研究慢性前列腺炎的中医症候治疗效果评价。方法选取数据库所收录的300篇慢性前列腺炎中医辨证分型以及200篇包含症候体征以及症状的文章给予回顾性分析。结果慢性前列腺炎的常见中医症候主要为气滞血瘀证、湿热下注证、湿热瘀阻证以及肾阳虚证、肾阴虚证和脾气虚证。实证主要有气滞、湿热、血瘀,虚证主要有肾虚以及脾虚。比较多见的临床体征以及症状有排尿症状,如尿频、尿痛、尿后滴沥、尿急和尿末滴白等,盆腔局部不适;如会阴疼痛、阴器疼痛、腰骶部疼痛等;其他症状,如口苦、阴部潮湿、口干等。结论通过本文的研究显示,有利于慢性前列腺炎中医症候的特征,能够作为进一步的开展慢性前列腺炎中医症候的评价和诊断基础。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome of chronic prostatitis. Methods Selected 300 papers indexed database of chronic prostatitis syndrome differentiation type of TCM and 200 included symptoms signs and symptoms of articles for retrospective analysis. Results The common symptom of chronic prostatitis is Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp heat syndrome, damp heat and blood stasis syndrome and syndrome of deficiency of kidney yang, kidney yin and deficiency of spleen qi. Conclusion Through the study of this paper shows, there are features for the chronic prostatitis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, can be used as a further evaluation of chronic orostatitis symptom and diagnostic basis.
