2010年～2014年某县医疗机构消毒产品消毒效果的评价

Evaluation of the Disinfection Effect on Disinfection Products of Medical Institutions in a County during 2010-2014

目的了解沂南县医疗机构消毒产品消毒质量状况，为正确指导医疗机构的消毒工作提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB15982-2010《医院消毒卫生标准》的方法和要求进行监测检验。结果2010年～2014从全县医疗机构共采样3705份，合格3230份，总合格率为87．2％，各年度之间合格率差异无显著统计学意义（P〉0．05）。不同监测项目中，无菌物品合格率最高100％（796／796）。结论沂南县医疗机构消毒产品消毒效果总体较好，但室内空气、物体表面和使用中消毒液的卫生质量必须加强监测。

Objective To evaluate the disinfection quality status of disinfection products in medical agencies of Yinan county, and to provide the scientific basis for the correct guidance of disinfection work of medical institutions. Methods The disinfection quality of medical institutions was inspected according to ＂Standard for disinfection technology＂ issued by the Ministry of Health and GB15982-2010 ＂Hygienic standard for hospital infection＂. Results A total of 3705 samples were collected from the county medical institutions from 2010 to 2014, 3230 samples were qualified, the overall passing rate was 87.2%, and there was no significant difference among each year qualified rate（P〉0.05）. The various monitoring items, aseptic goods qualified rate 100% （796/796）. Conclusions The disinfection quality status of disinfection products in medical agencies of Yinan county was generally good, but the indoor air, object surface and the use of disinfection liquid must strengthen monitoring.
