摘要
目的探讨病毒性肝炎的预防及其疫苗应用效果。方法回顾性分析2012年7月至2014年12月我院收治的180例病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料,对病毒性肝炎的发病因素以及相关疫苗的应用情况进行分析,制定系统全面、科学合理的针对性预防措施,以降低病毒性肝炎的发病率。结果 180例病毒性肝炎患者中,乙型病毒肝炎者85例(47.2%),甲型病毒性肝炎者68例(37.8%),丙型病毒性肝炎15例(8.3%),丁型病毒性肝炎8例(4.4%),戊型病毒性肝炎4例(2.2%)。结论宣传并推广普及病毒性肝炎相关疫苗的接种工作,可起到良好的预防效果,降低病毒性肝炎的发生率,具有积极的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of viral hepatitis prevention and vaccine application. Method A retrospective analysis from July 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital clinical data of 180 cases of viral hepatitis patients, risk factors for viral hepatitis and the application of vaccines were analyzed to develop a comprehensive system, scientific and rational for preventive measures to reduce the incidence of viral hepatitis. Result 180 eases of viral hepatitis patients, 85 cases of hepatitis B virus （47.2%）, viral hepatitis in 68 cases （37.8%）, 15 cases of hepatitis C （8.3%）, viral hepatitis D 8 cases （4.4%）, viral hepatitis 4 cases （2.2%）. Conclusion Publicize and popularize viral vaccine inoculation work-related, can play a good preventive effect, reduce the incidence of viral hepatitis, with positive clinical value.
