欣母沛治疗产后出血的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Postpartum Hemorrhage Treated by Hemabate

目的 探讨欣母沛在产后出血患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 随机性选取2012年-2014年期间在我院生产发生产后出血的100例患者参与本次研究,应用医学分组方法将100例患者平均分成欣母沛组和缩宫素组,给予欣母沛组患者欣母沛治疗,给予缩宫素患者缩宫素治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量和药物不良反应情况。结果 欣母沛组患者产后2 h出血量和产后24 h出血量分别为（85.6±10.5）mL和（121.3±14.1）mL,明显少于缩宫素组患者的（169.3±19.8）mL和（247.3±21.5）mL（P〈0.05）,临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,明显高于缩宫素组患者的78.0%（P〈0.05）,药物不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于缩宫素组患者的26.0%（P〈0.05）。结论 应用欣母沛治疗产后出血患者,疗效显著,安全性高,可作为临床治疗产后出血患者的重要药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical value ofhemabate in treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Randomly selected from 2012 to 2014 during hemorrhage in our hospital production production after 100 cases of patients were involved in this study, medical application grouping method 100 patients were divided into group of hemabate and oxytocin group, give hemabate group hemabate treatment, given oxytocin wifla oxytocin treatment observed the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients, postpartum 2 hours bleeding volume and postnatal 24 hours bleeding amount and adverse drug reactions. Results Hemabate group of patients with postpartum 2 hours hemorrhage and postpartum 24 hours bleeding respectively （85.6±10.5） mL and （121.3±14.1） mL, significantly less than oxytocin group patients （169.3±19.8） mL and （24.73±21.5）mL（P〈0.05）, the clinical treatment of total efficiency was 94%, significantly higher than that of oxytocin group were 78.0% （P〈0.05） and adverse drug reactions occur rate was 10.0%, significantly lower than oxytocin group were 26.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of hemabate in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,remarkable curative effect, high safety, as important drugs for clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
