腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果比照观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Lower Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨针对低位直肠癌患者,观察临床分别选择腹腔镜手术方法以及开腹手术方法完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年1月至2015年1月低位直肠癌患者122例。通过随机数表法完成低位直肠癌患者的临床随机分组。C2组(对照组61例):临床选择开腹手术治疗的方法;C1组(观察组61例):临床选择腹腔镜手术治疗的方法。对比两组低位直肠癌患者在肠道功能恢复、临床出血量、患者淋巴结数目以及住院时间等方面存在的差异。结果两组低位直肠癌患者分别完成对应治疗后,在肠道功能恢复、临床出血量、患者淋巴结数目以及住院时间等方面,C1组明显优于C2组低位直肠癌患者(P<0.05)。结论针对低位直肠癌患者,临床选择腹腔镜手术的方法进行治疗,能够将患者的出血量有效减少,将患者的住院时间有效缩短,有效促进患者的肠道功能恢复,凸显腹腔镜手术治疗低位直肠癌疾病的临床价值。

Objective To explore for low rectal cancer patients, observe clinical choice method of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy respectively after completing treatment methods for clinical effect. Methods From Jan 2013 to Jan 2015, 122 patients with low rectal cancer. Through the stochastic indicator method complete clinical randomized patients with low rectal cancer. C2 group （the control group, 61 cases）： clinical choose open operation treatment; C 1 （observation group 61 cases）： clinical choose the method of laparoscopic surgery. Compared two groups of patients with low rectal cancer in patients with intestinal function recovery, clinical blood loss, lymph node number and length of hospital stay, as well as differences. Results Two groups of patients With low rectal cancer after corresponding treatment, respectively, in patients with intestinal function recovery, clinical blood loss, lymph node number and length of hospital stay, C1 group is obviously better than the C2 group of low rectal cancer patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with low rectal cancer, choose the method of laparoscopic surgery clinical treatment, to reducing the number of patients with blood loss effectively, shorten hospital stay in patients with effective, effectively promote the function recovery of patients with intestinal, highlight the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of low rectal cancer disease.
