摘要
目的优化细柱五加多糖的提取、纯化工艺。方法以多糖提取率为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验方法,考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数及提取温度细柱五加多糖提取工艺的影响为考察因素。结果细柱五加多糖最优提取工艺为准确称取10.0 g药材超声提取,纯水200 mL、提取温度60℃、提取时间90 min、提取次数4次。结论优选的提取、纯化工艺稳定可靠。
Objective To optimize extraction of poiysaccharides from Cortex Acanthopanacis. Method With the polysaccharides yield as indicators, single factor and orthogonal design were used to optimize extraction technology by solvent dosage, taking extraction times and extraction time as factors. Result Optimum extraction technology was as following: accurately weighed 10.0 g herbs, add water 200 mL,extracted 4 times at 90min each time by ultrasonic extraction. Conclusion These optimized extraction and purification processes were stable and reliable, which indicated that optimized processes were suitable for industrial production of polysacchafides from Cortex Acanthopanacis.
