摘要
目的探讨预防性护理理念在闭合性胰十二指肠损伤处理中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年12月我院收治的按照预防性护理理念进行处理60例闭合性胰十二指肠损伤患者(预防性护理组)及2010年1月至2011年12月收治的未按预防性护理理念进行处理的60例患者(非预防性护理组)的临床资料,对比两组患者围手术期病死率及治疗效果。结果预防性护理组围手术期病死率5%(3/60)明显低于非预防性护理组18.33%(11/60),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.282,P<0.05)。在住院时间、术后卧床时间及住院花费三个方面,预防性护理组患者显著少于非预防性护理组患者,有统计学差异,P<0.05。预防性护理组患者满意度96.67%,均显著高于非预防性护理组76.67%,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论应用预防性护理理念处理闭合性胰十二指肠损伤能降低围手术期病死率,获得满意的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of preventive nursing in the treatment of the closed pancreatic duodenum damage. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2012 to 2014 December in our hospital were in accordance with the preventive nursing concept processing of 60 cases with blunt pancreatoduodenal injuries (preventive nursing group) and 2010 January to 2011 December not according to prevent nursing philosophy of clinical data were available for the treatment of 60 cases of patients (non preventive nursing group), compared two groups of patients with peri operative mortality and treatment effect. Results The perioperative mortality of the preventive nursing group was significantly lower than that of the non preventive nursing group (11/60), 18.33% (3/60), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05, χ^2=4.282). The preventive nursing group was significantly less than those in the non preventive nursing group, and there were statistically significant differences between and P〈0.05. The degree of satisfaction in the preventive nursing group was significantly higher than that in the non preventive nursing group 76.67%, and there were significant differences between the patients and the P〈0.05. Conclusions The application of preventive nursing concept to the treatment of the closed pancreatic duodenum injury can reduce the mortality of the perioperative period, and obtain the satisfactory clinical effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
