摘要
目的评价早期肠内营养支持在颅脑手术后昏迷患者中的应用。方法对我院20例神经外科颅脑术后患者,早期经鼻胃插管实施肠内营养支持,定期测定患者的血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆总蛋白(TP)、血清清蛋白(ALB)以及肝肾功能、血糖(GLU),并观察肠内营养支持对胃肠并发症的影响。结果 1营养支持患者的血Hb、TP、ALB等指标均能维持在较为理想的水平;2未发生严重的胃肠并发症;3营养支持过程中,患者的肝肾功能和血糖、脂代谢均无明显异常。结论颅脑手术后昏迷患者早期肠内营养支持,可以改善患者全身代谢情况和胃肠并发症少的特点。
Objective To evaluate the early application of enteral nutrition support for brain operation comatose patients. Methods Enteral nutrition was used in 20 cases of patient early the brain operation. Fib, TP, ALB, hepatic and renal functions, Glu were measured and the gastrointestinal complications were observed. Results (1)Hb, TP, and ALB were kept in perfect level; (2)No severe gastrointestinal complications were observed; (3)No abnormalities of glucose, lipid metabolism and functions of hepatic and renal were found. Conclusion Early nutritional support can improve metabolic status and has little gastrointestinal tract complication in brain operation comatose patients.
