益生菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察分析益生菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取溃疡性结肠炎患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组54例,对照组服用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益生菌治疗,比较两组治疗前后症状评分、临床效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.59%,显著优于对照组的75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组为(2.58±0.51)分,显著优于对照组的(4.52±0.49)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05)。结论益生菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎,疗效显著,不良反应少,值得在临床上大力推广并应用。
