责任制护理模式下患者满意度低的根本原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的加强护理工作中对责任制护理模式下患者满意度的有效监控。方法采用根本原因分析法,对责任制护理模式下患者满意度低的原因进行综合分析并进行筛选,把个人和组织管理上的问题即责护不重视和排班模式作为根本原因加以分析和改进。结果实施责任护士交班本以及加强个人宣教之后,责任制护理模式下患者满意度有所提高。结论责任制护理模式下患者满意度低的原因往往是由多方面的原因造成的,根本原因分析专注于个人和组织上的问题深度剖析,并大胆改进,从管理层面有效控制了患者满意度低的发生。
