摘要
传统的脱水蒜片在沥水工艺环节需要人工装在尼龙口袋放入甩水机中,生产过程前后不能衔接,蒜片甩水机的工作方式单一,生产效率低。结合PLC和变频器的优势设计了蒜片甩水机控制系统,通过对自动进料、高速甩水、刮料输出各阶段蒜片的破损率进行测定,对蒜片甩水机进行分段控制,满足了低速加料、高速分离、减速清除刮料的要求,实现蒜片沥水的全自动控制,大大提高了生产效率。
In traditional process, workers need to put the garlics into the nylon bags firstly and then put the bags into the dehydration device one by one ,so it lowers the production efficiency. The Garlic Dehydration Device combined with the advantage of PLC and frequency converter,could meet the need at different stages by segmented control ,realize automatic control ,and greatly improved the production efficiency.
