中控系统升级改造实例

摘要 现昌平院区精密空调监控系统常年运行,已超出电器产品规定寿命期;随着实验室增建,监测点位的增加、处理数据量增大,24#楼动力站工控机存在花屏现象,工控机运行速度变慢,其显示温度、湿度曲线经常中断,甚至经常死机,现有硬件系统已不能满足精密空调正常运行要求。为保证控制系统运行的稳定性和可靠性,系统的升级改造是必然的趋势。以Symmetr E系统为例,对控制系统升级改造的原因和必要性进行了分析,对控制系统升级方案和具体的实施方法进行了详细的描述。工业控制系统通过升级改造后,系统的硬件和软件的兼容性、可靠性将大为提高。 Now the chang'ping campus precision air conditioning monitoring system run throughout the year,It is more than electrical products specified life period;With the lab to build, monitoring point, processing the data quantity increases ,The industrial computer of 24 # station has run slower, The display of temperature, humidity curve often interrupt,Even often freezes,Existing hardware system already can not meet the requirement of the normal operation of precision air conditioning.In order to ensure the operation stability and reliability of the control system,Upgrading of the system is the inevitable trend.SymmetrE system, for example,The cause of the control system upgrade and necessity is analyzed,On the control system upgrade scheme and concrete implementation method carried on the detailed description.After upgrading the industrial control system,The system hardware and software compatibility, reliability will be gready improved.
