基于胜任力的人力资源管理模式探讨 被引量:3

摘要 企业竞争力的提升,很大程度上取决于人力资源管理能力。如何开发胜任力,并将其广泛应用于人力资源管理部门当中,是当下人力资源管理研究的热门话题。本文基于胜任力的人力资源管理模式进行探讨,除了研究胜任力的开发,最为主要的则在于阐述其应用范围和应用基础两个问题。
