康复新联合维生素B_(12)溶液治疗Ⅳ度放射性皮炎的临床疗效

The clinical effect of Kang Fuxin combined Vitamin B_(12) solution in treating fourth-degree radioactive dermatitis

目的:探讨康复新联合维生素B12溶液治疗IV度放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将20例IV度放射性皮炎患者随机分成对照组(n=20)与观察组(n=20)。对照组接受庆大霉素和维生素B12治疗,观察组接受康复新和维生素B12治疗。结果:治疗10d,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合维生素B12外用治疗放射性皮炎,比对照组采用庆大霉素联合维生素B12治疗能明显缩短创面愈合时间,差异有统计学意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Kang Fuxin combined Vitamin B12 solution in treating fourth-degree radioactive dermatitis. Method：20 cases with radioactive moist dermatitis were randomly divided into control group（n=20）and observation group（n=20）.the control group received gentamicin and vitamin B12 treatment, the observation group received rehabilitation and vitamin B12 treatment. Result：10 days of treatment, the observation group treatment effect is significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Kang Fuxin liquid combined vitamin B12 in treating radioactive dermatitis,than in the control group with gentamycin combined vitamin B12 treatment can shorten the time of wound healing, the difference was statistically significant.
