中西药物联合应用治疗肺炎及相互作用临床分析

Comparative Analysis of Chinese and Western medicine combined with clinical interactions

目的:探讨中西药物联合应用治疗肺炎临床效果及药物相互作用。方法:对80例肺炎患者相关资料进行分析,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组实施中西药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果及其药物不良反应。结果:实验组95%对治疗方案疗效显著,显著高于对照组(疗效有效率为85%)(P<0.05);实验组95%对疗效满意,显著高于对照组(满意率为65%)(P<0.05);实验组ADL评分为(16.2±3.7)分,躯体功能能评分为(59.6±7.5)分,心理功能评分为(65.8±9.2)分,社会功能评分为(57.2±6.5)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组药物不良,不良反应发生率为7.5%,低于对照组(17.5%)(X2=4.04,P<0.05)。结论:中西药物联合使用在肺炎患者中治疗效果理想,但是患者用药过程中应该从作用机理、药动学、药效学、不良反应等方面进行综合分析,制定优化的给药方案,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the combination of Chinese and Western medicine to treat pneumonia clinical effects and drug interactions. Methods： 80 patients with pneumonia-related data were analyzed according to the different methods of treatment patients were divided into a control group and the experimental group and the control group received conventional therapy, the implementation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment in the experimental group were compared therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions.Results： 95% of the experimental group a significant effect on the treatment regimen was significantly higher（efficacy rate was 85%）（P0.05）; the experimental group, 95% of the results were satisfactory, was significantly higher（65% satisfaction rate）（P0.05）; the experimental group ADL score was（16.2 ± 3.7）points, physical function can score was（59.6±7.5）points of mental function scores（65.8± 9.2）points, social function score was（57.2±6.5）points were higher（P0.05）; bad experimental group of drugs, adverse reactions was 7.5% lower than in the control group（17.5%）（X2 =4.04, P 0.05）. Conclusion： Combined use of Chinese and Western medicine in treating patients with pneumonia desired effect, but the course of medication should be a comprehensive analysis of patients in terms of mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, adverse reactions, to develop an optimized dosing regimens, improve clinical treatment effect.
