摘要
介绍了物种分布与气候关系分析系统的可视化界面设计的关键技术、实现过程和测试验证的结果,可视化界面采用C#和Fortran混合开发设计,可方便的进行气候数据、物种地理分布数据的导入、导出,物种分布与气候要素关系查询,物种适应气候参数分析,物种地理分布预测,以及气候变化对物种分布影响分析等操作,能够大幅度提升评价气候变化对生物多样性影响的相关业务研究的效率。
This paper introduces the design approach of analysis system visual interface for the relationship of species distribution and climate factors,key technologies and its implementations,test validation results.The system visual interface uses C # and Fortran mixed development platform,realizes the functions such as importing and exporting a variety of climatic data and the geographical distribution of species data,querying species distribution and climatic factors,analyzing the parameters of species related to climate,predicting geographical distribution of species,analyzing the effect of climate change on species distribution,etc.,which greatly enhances the efficiency of the evaluation of climate change impacts on biodiversity related business studies.
