六价铬的危害性评价及其检测探究 被引量:14

摘要 铬在地壳中分布较广,其常规以二价到六价的氧化态形式出现,在土壤、岩石内则以三价铬的形式存在。受到工业因素影响,六价铬目前在土壤、水、食品中出现较多。铬在人体糖代谢和脂代谢的过程中发挥出重大作用,但是铬及其氧化物过量,会破坏人体的细胞组织,并产生DNA突变,给人体造成危害。本文在分析了六价铬的危害性的基础上,给出六价铬的检测方法及其在实际中的应用状况,得出对铬水平的检测,重点在不同氧化态方面,还可结合相应的毒理研究数据,获取更确切的检测结果。
