The ministerial-provincial cooperation is an innovative mechanism in which different ministries of the State Council cooperate with provinces, regions and cities in certain fields. This mechanism is conducive to integrating national cultural resources, enriching form and content for the spread of culture to the outside world, and enhancing the enthusiasm, initiative and planning of local regions in their cultural exchange with the outside world.
