摘要
目的探讨樟芝辅助降低高血糖模型动物血糖功能。方法采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造小鼠高血糖模型,以正常成年雄性小鼠和高血糖模型小鼠为研究对象,空白对照组和模型对照组灌胃给予生理盐水,剂量组给予不同浓度受试样品,使用剂量为0.9g·kg-1、9g·kg-1、36g·kg-1bw。测定各组空腹血糖值、给药前后体重并进行糖耐量试验,对樟芝超微细粉的辅助降血糖功能进行研究。结果沉水樟芝超微细粉高剂量组能够显著降低高血糖小鼠的血糖值,低剂量和中剂量组作用不明显,另外樟芝对小鼠体重作用不显著,糖耐量测定结果呈阴性。结论沉水樟芝超微细粉具有辅助降血糖的作用。
OBJECTIVE Using high blood glucose model animal to study the antidiabetic effect of Antrodia camphorata. METHODS The use of tail vein injection of alloxan induced hyperglycemia in mice model,blank control group and model group given intragastrically physiological saline,dose group was given different concentrations of tested sample,using a dose of 0. 9g·kg^- 1、9g·kg^- 1、36g·kg^- 1bw. Determine the fasting blood sugar value,drug weight before and after and glucose tolerance test,to study the reducing blood sugar function of Antrodia camphorata extracts. RESULTS Antrodia camphorata extract high dose group can significantly reduce high blood glucose levels of mice,low dose and dosage group does not play a significant role,in addition Antrodia camphorata didn' t indure significant weight loss in mice. Glucose tolerance determination is invalid. CONCLUSION Antrodia camphorata assist reducing the blood sugar.
