HPLC测定胆石颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量

Assay of Terahydropalmatine in Danshi Granules by HPLC

目的测定胆石颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C18-ODS为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（60∶40）为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果胆石颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量在0.18-1.44μg线性关系良好（r=0.9995）。平均回收率98.04%,RSD=0.81%。结论本方法测定简便、快速,测定结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of terahydropalmatine in Danshi granules. METHODS HPLC was used. the stationary phase was C18-ODS and the mobile phase was methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid（ 60∶40）. the UV detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS there was good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0. 18 - 1. 44μg of terahydropalmatine in Danshi granules（ r = 0. 9995）. The average recovery was98. 04%,RSD = 0. 81%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,fast and accurate.
