黄体支持联合淋巴细胞主动免疫对反复生化妊娠的影响

Effects of Luteal Support Combined with Lymphocyte Active Immune on Repeated Biochemical Pregnancy

目的探讨黄体支持联合淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗反复生化妊娠的治疗疗效。方法选取我院收治的94例反复生化妊娠患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和对照组各47例,对照组给予黄体支持治疗,观察组采用黄体支持联合淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗。结果观察组妊娠成功率明显高于对照组(90.91%vs 21.86%);封闭抗体阳性组与封闭抗体阴性组妊娠成功率比较差异无统计学意义(94.74%vs92.31%)。结论黄体支持联合淋巴细胞主动免疫治可有效提高妊娠成功率,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of luteal support combined with lymphocyte active immune treatment in the treatment of recurrent biochemical pregnancy. METHODS 94 cases with repeated biochemical pregnancy in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were received luteal support treatment,patients in the observation group were received luteal support combined with lymphocyte active immune treatment. RESULTS The successful rate of pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 90. 91% vs 21. 86%）. About the success rate of pregnancy in the blocking antibody positive group and blocking antibody negative group,there was no significant difference（ 94. 74% vs 92. 31%）. CONCLUSION Luteal support combined with lymphocyte active immune treatment can effectively improve the success rate of pregnancy,and is worthy of clinical application.
