我国种业整合风险及其应对策略研究

On the Seed Industry Consolidation Risk and Its Countermeasures in China

随着国外的种业公司纷纷进入中国市场,竞争日益激烈,要想壮大民族种业,就要进行种业整合,如与竞争对手的整合,或是与科研机构或农户的整合。但我国种业整合还处在发展阶段,存在着战略、财务、管理、技术和文化等方面的风险。先分析整合风险出现的原因,再借鉴龙头种业公司整合的实践经验,最后总结应对种业整合风险的策略。

As foreign seed industry companies enter into Chinese market, the competition is increasingly fierce. It needs the seed industry consolidation to strengthen national seed industry, such as the integration with competitors, scientific research institutions or farmers. But the seed industry consolidation of China is still in the development stage, there are many risks in the aspects of strategy, finance, management, technology, culture and so on. At the first, this paper analyzes the reasons of integration risks, then, it references the practical experience of seed industry consolidation, finally, it summarizes strategies of dealing with the risk of seed industry consolidation.
