摘要
根据OSA-CBM,合理地划分了航天发射场地面设备健康管理系统的层次,描述了数据采集层、数据处理层、状态监测层、健康管理业务层和表示层;设计了状态监测、过程控制和管理运行等主线业务;说明了航天发射场地面设备的分系统,设计了分系统的基本架构。设备健康管理系统方案设计对于实现科学的设备维修管理具有重大作用。
Based on OSA-CBM, the paper divides the different layers of equipment health management system for spaceflight launch site. The data collection layer, data processing layer, status monitoring layer health management layer, and indication layer are described, Also, the paper designs the major operations of status monitoring, process controlling, and management working. Furthermore, the paper describes the sub-systems of the ground equipments in spaceflight launch site and designs the basic architecture of the sub-systems. In order to achieve scientific equipment maintenance management, the project design of equipment health management system for the ground equipments in spaceflight launch site is important.
