The Problems and Countermeasures of the Case Teaching Method in the Undergraduate Teaching of Law

案例教学法在我国法学本科教育中存在着目标定位认识不清、专业教材参差不齐、适用范围有限、专业师资力量的薄弱等诸多弊端,这些问题严重制约了案例教学法功能的发挥。为了培养更多符合社会需要的优秀法律人才,应积极推进案例教学法在我国法学本科教育中的运用,从明确案例教法学的目标和地位、加强案例教材建设、选择适宜施行案例教学法的课程和对象、加强专业师资力量建设、完善激励机制等方面采取完善措施。

There are many drawbacks in the case teaching method of law undergraduate education in our country. For example, there are unclear understanding of target positioning, uneven professional teaching materials, the limited applicable scopes , the weak teachers strength, the lack of effective evaluation mechanism and so on .These problems seriously restricted the play of the function of the case teaching method.In order to develop more excellent legal talents to meet the needs of the society, we should actively promote the application of case teaching method in law education of our country. We should take measures from follow aspects：such as clearing the goals and status case of the case teaching method, strengthening the case teaching material construction, choosing suitable course and the object for implementation of case teaching method, strengthening the construction of the professional teachers strength, improving the incentive mechanism and so on.
